Overview
Our marking devices are devices to mark dots and lines on the specified locations with paint by receiving order signals.
Marking methods are divided into three methods: spray method, water-gun method, and dot method.
MARKTEC also develops and manufactures the paints used in the devices, and can propose the most suitable combinations according to the customer requirements.

Marking method
Spray Method
Marking with the spray method is made by jetting the atomized air from the perimeter of the tip of nozzle, sucking out the paint from the tip of the nozzle by negative pressure caused by jetting, and ejecting it in the mist form.
It is the method adopted in “Shot Marker S-10S”and is able to make clear marking with almost no scattering.
Water-gun Method
Marking with the water-gun method is made by driving the piston directly with the solenoid, adding pressure on the paint, and ejecting it.
It is the method adopted in “Shot Marker M-20S/M-30S” and is able to make reliable marking without clogging.
Dot Method
Marking with the dot method is made by ejecting paint in dots with the technique of our printing devices.
It is the method adopted in “PJ-LM” and can mark thin lines such as marking-off line.

Shot Marker S-10S
Features
- Super quick-drying property by blowing out the atomized air from the two-fluid nozzle.
- Realizing clear marking with almost no scattering of paints.
- Marking width (size) can be changed (6-20 mm).
- The air-driven type pump is adopted as the safety measure in using flammable paints.
- Reduce the flammable gas concentration within the marking head case by air purge.

Shot Marker M-20S/30S
Features
- Super-fast response from marking order to marking
- Reliable marking is possible by breaking through the water and oil filmsApproximately φ15mm *the diameter varies depending on requirements)
- Get rid of clogging of the paint by adopting the special gun
- Convenient design by notifying the timing for liquid replacement by the liquid level alarm
- The air-driven type pump is adopted as the safety measure in using flammable paints.

Line marking device PJ-LM
Features
- Device for demarcation marking formed with one dot
- Demarcation marking on demand is possible by communicating with the host system
- Use by attaching the printer to robot arms, etc.
- Marking is possible with the line width of about 1.5 to 2.5 mm
- Marking with specialized paints (non-flammable)
